By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding shipping, handling, delivery times, and related responsibilities.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing time typically takes 1 to 3 business days, during which your order is verified, prepared, and packaged.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing time may be extended slightly.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order for reasons including product availability, incomplete customer information, or suspected fraud.


2. Shipping and Delivery Times

We deliver worldwide.
Standard delivery time is 8 to 10 business days after the order is processed.
In periods of high demand, holidays, or logistical congestion, delivery can take up to 15 business days.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

We work with multiple international carriers depending on the destination.
Once the package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Kweedee Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Fees may vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover such costs under any circumstances.


4. Wrong or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.
Kweedee Ltd declines responsibility for non-delivery in such cases.


5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the indicated address.
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered.”

We cannot be held liable for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@zenelee.com with your order number.
We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
Please note that investigations with carriers may take several business days, and refunds will only be issued once the case is closed and loss confirmed.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
The customer is responsible for understanding and paying all applicable customs duties.

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are not under our control.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and items immediately upon receipt and contact us at contact@zenelee.com within 48 hours.
Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
