Kweedee Ltd does not store or have access to any payment card details.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders worldwide.
Average delivery time is between 8 and 10 business days, depending on your location.
During peak seasons or periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 15 business days.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Section 6 – Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with original packaging intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale or promotional items are refundable under the same conditions as regular items.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the conditions above.
